    EasyService Help Desk description

    Help Desk system for registration and watching requests from users in network

    EasyService - it's the Help Desk system intended for users' requests watching and registration in the network.

    The application has a very easy to use interface which can be understood by any user. The program does not require for special training. There are comfy received requests control scheme for administrators and performers and excellent opportunity for users to checking own requests.

    Here are some key features of "EasyService Help Desk":

    · Registration and watching users' requests in network TCP/IP (remote access support);
    · There are 3 levels of the requests descriptions: general name, accurate definition and detailed description;
    · Editing database. There is ability to make changes in requests' descriptions and creating personal structure of requests;
    · Client-server technology (three program modules). Clients are users of network. Server it is the main administrator or dispatcher who receives requests and complaints from users;
    · Authorization;
    · 4 types program's users. Clients, Administrators/dispatchers, performers, observers. Clients are users of network who send requests. Administrators/dispatchers are users who can view requests, appoint performers and change request's status. Performers are users who can view requests (requests which was arrived to them) and change requests’ status and description. Observers are users who can view all requests and make reports;
    · User's control for requests with notifications and control by administrators and performers, watching of requests by observers;
    · There is ability to create reports;
    · E-mail notifications;
    · There is opportunity to send files. User can attach file to request. This file can be examine and edit by administrator or performer. Whereupon user can open changed file;
    · There are opportunities to exchange messages only between administrator and performer, the "ping" function for checking clients' computers;
    · Many languages support. There are two languages available in program: English and Russian. There is opportunity to add configurations with any other languages.

    Requirements:

    · Processor frequency no less than 2000 MHz;
    · RAM: It is recommended no less than 512 mb for stable work;
    · HDD: there is minimum 50 mb free space for program installing;
    · Display resolution: no less 1024x768;
    · Scale (it defines operating system font's size): typical size (96 points/inch);
    · It is not recommended to install various additional graphic shells which work like system decoration because of possible incorrect reflection some of windows or settings.
