ModemWatcher is a handy and reliable utility designed to provide a frontend for ADSL Modems/Routers and to show statistics such as “Sync Speed” and “Downstream Noise” - the two key indicators for a good ADSL download experience.
Furthermore, some modems are slow to reset the ADSL line after disconnection or, in some cases, the internet is offline but the ADSL line appears to be up and no reset occurs. This is where ModemWatcher will assist with an automated modem reset of the ADSL line (when supported) to try and bring the connection online as quickly as possible.
