NetStatMon is a freeware program, designed to help you monitor your network connections

NetStatMon is a free application which was designed to help you monitor your network connections. NetStatMon uses Microsoft's NETSTAT* tool which is included with any Windows version based on NT-technology, including Windows XP and Windows 2000/2003.

NetStatMon works by polling for network connections at a preset interval. NetStatMon then compares the connections and shows any changes - such as new connections - in a chronological log. Monitoring is done in real time.

You can customize NetStatMon's settings, changing intervals and NETSTAT switches from the relative comfort of the GUI.

Note: Rather than displaying the complete output of the NETSTAT program, NetStatMon will display changes only. This was done intentionally, to make it easier to spot and track changes. NetStatMon is not a firewall.
