Clipboard Inspector will monitor the Windows clipboard and display its contents in a variety of data formats. You can view and save any of the supported formats, including images and RTF files. Images (which are stored as bitmaps on the clipboard) may be exported in a variety of other formats including GIF, JPEG, and PNG.
