Clipcomrade

Clipcomrade is a software application which was built in Java specifically to aid people in viewing all items saved to their Clipboard and manage them, with support for a search function.

The installation process is a piece of cake, as no unpleasant surprises await for you during it, and it does not last very long. After completing it, you are met with a GUI which can only be described as simple, as it only encloses a menu bar, and a pane in which to view all saved items.

This program is quite non-obtrusive, as it sits in the system tray from the first launch. It enables you to view all text items that have been copied to the Clipboard in a list in the main window, along with the date and exact time at which it was processed.

A search function can be used and packs a case sensitive option, so that you can be sure you find what you need faster. In addition to that, you can delete entries from the Clipboard with just a click of the button.

From the setting panel, you can adjust the maximum number of items to be saved, enable the utility to move duplicate entries to the top, change the keyboard shortcut which brings the main window up and ask for confirmation when deleting an entry.
