Using multiple windows you get the ease of Sticky Notes but the power of a PIM. All Aboard integrates multiple tools commonly sold in sperate packages all in one! A single main screen controls all the primary functions with no obnoxious pull down menus.

Context sensitive icons provide tool tip information and total hot key support. Over 100MB of Shockwave video on the All Aboard web site provides insight into all the features. Similar software include half the features and cost twice as much.

Integration includes a programmable calculator, Address and contact manager, calendar and reminders and 6 user defined "drawers" that can be subdivided into an unlimited number of categories with each data record supporting an infinite number of history, log, or diary entries. Any single data note can be encrypted to allow you to have the application open but keep sensitive information hidden.

A data record can be more than just text. Links can be added for folders, images, applications and documents. Tie data documents form your other applications so you use the tool that works best. Select data records and post them to the desktop like a sticky note on steroids. Use your entire desktop to your best advantage. A light weight send only email client lets you easily send text email and attachments.

The user interface is easily customized for colors and fonts for a skinned application that looks like you want it to look. Requires only 20% of the memory of Outlook and substantially less disk storage.

The freeware version includes all the functionality (excludes the Email client) but is limited to 75 data records with no time out period. The calculator and sticky notes feature can be used free forever!

· Appointments now have a graphical interface to select date and time ranges
· using both the mouse and or keyboard.

· System messages are now themed based on the window theme that generated the
· message. These messages now have user scroll bars when the message might be long
· and not fit on the pop up window.

· Import / export now can handle the note. Comma delimitted text can not
· support returns embedded inside the note. On export All Aboard will convert the
· returns to a vertical bar and on import convert vertical bars to returns. This
· permits data to be exported from All Aboard to another copy of All Aboard.
· Encrypted notes are never exported. If you need to export an encrypted note
· unencrypt the note then export and the re encrypt the note. This will allow the
· exported copy to be imported but will of course be unencypted..

· Import / export was improved to allow you to import duplicate copies. Using this
· new feature you can import one version of each contact and assign each set of
· copies to a category. This allows you to use a "Work" category and import the
· work data fields for address email and phone number, then assign these to the
· work category. Then repeat the import again and select the Home address and
· phone numbers then assign those to a Home category with a different color theme.
· This expansion allows you to have many locations of contact data for the same
· person.

· Import / Export has now been tested with Lotus Organizer as well as Microsoft
· Outlook.

Fixes:
· Import would place the contacts in the incorrect drawer in some newer releases.
