Bossdesk Calendar

Bossdesk Calendar is a feature-rich program which comes in handy for everyone who needs to organize personal, work and daily tasks, throughout the week or on a particular month. You can also plan important events so you won't miss them. Each task and meeting comes with customizable icons and colors to differentiate and filter them based their priority.

It's wrapped in a modern and clean interface divided into  a category selector, which bundles the follow-up calendar, folders, templates and notes, as well as the event calendar and a standard toolbar.

Existing files saved on the computer in BCFX (Bossdesk Report) and ICS (iCalendar) formats can be loaded directly into the app. To plan a new chore, simply use the menu or click on a specific date from the calendar.

Next, you have to select the corresponding category (e.g. expenses, family, journal, work, personal) and a more specific group, such as lunch, gas, weather, diet, and hit "Enter". A representative icon displays the event in the calendar.  The background color of the sheet can also be changed.

To view a particular detail in the calendar, the zoom function comes in handy, while the toolbar and task pane can be hidden from sight for a less cluttered view. The report wizard tool analyzes the stored data and displays a graphic representation based on the selected criteria (e.g. rent, bills, utilities) and interval range. Last but not least, the app lets you back up and restore all your valuable information by saving them to a default directory in BCFX format.

Taking everything into account, Bossdesk Calendar is an intuitive program designed to provide help in creating, organizing and saving daily tasks, as well as scheduling essential events like birthdays, celebrations or meetings.
