Direct Reminder is a useful program that will call you to remind you of your tasks & duties at a specified date and time. It will announce your reminder at your computer in natural voice and balloon text message and later over the telephone/cellphone if the reminder is not acknowledged according to your specifications. It gives you powerfull options over the telephone for you to manage your reminders remotely once you receive them.

￭ Quick Do-Not-Disturb rescheduling over the phone allows you to interrupt the reminder prompt by dialing 2, 3, or 4 to automatically reschedule your reminder to 10, 15 or 30 minutes respectively.
￭ Automatic Retry: if a reminder call was unsuccessful due to busy line or telephone line outage, Direct Reminder keep rescheduling the reminder call for the next five minutes until call is successful.
￭ Call Monitor: Direct Reminder gives you the option when to end a call automatically from 3 to 10 minutes to manage reminder calls that have been successful but are answered by voice mail or any other answering system.
￭ A wide range of reminder recurance intervals including: recurance on one to six hours to be able to update over the telephone the latest changes to your schedule. Also, daily (Called NextDay on this program), weekly, monthly and yearly to address such recurring events
