A full-featured PIM (Personal Information Manager) software

EfficientPIM is a software which allows you to easily keep track of your schedule by providing you with some simple-to-use tools. The program can be seamlessly handled by all user levels.
The interface of the application is clean and intuitive. So, you can create a new event, task or diary entry by specifying several parameters, such as the subject, location, comment, start time, due date, importance and more.
On top of that, you can set the respective task or event to recur on a regular basis, use a calendar, create and manage contacts, take notes, use a search function, as well as backup and restore data.
Moreover, you can sort items (e.g. by attachment, title), create FTP and email accounts, use a password generator, enable EfficientPIM to automatically run at system startup and to minimize to the system tray, allow multiple instances, customize the interface, and others.
The software takes up a low-to-moderate amount of system resources, has a good response time, supports multiple languages for the interface, includes a well-drawn help file for all user levels (too bad it doesn't have snapshots) and didn't cause us any technical difficulties during our tests. Unfortunately, the unregistered version has some harsh limitations (e.g. cannot insert attachments and file links or create groups). Other than that, we strongly recommend EfficientPIM to all users.
