InTouch is a software application that provides users with a simple means of storing a large amount of information about people you know, so that you can contact them easier.
Smooth setup and clean interface
The installation process is a piece of cake, as it does not offer to download any third-party products and it does not last longer than a few moments. After you finalize it, you come to meet a pretty minimal interface, yet we have to mention that it is not very appealing. It consists of a few buttons and a pane in which to view all entries from your address book.
It becomes quite clear that all types of users can find their way around it, regardless of their previous experience with the IT world.
Information you can add and other options to tweak
This program enables you to append a huge amount of information to your acquaintances, including title, name, nickname, birthday, anniversary, home address, personal e-mail, web page, phone, business contact data, affiliations and comments. You can also upload a picture from your hard drive, using a BMP, JPG or GIF format.
Entries in the main window can be edited at any point and sorted according to all the information previously mentioned, while you can also bring up a list of all upcoming birthdays and anniversaries, print the list and use a search function to look up a specific contact with ease.
In conclusion, InTouch is a pretty decent piece of software for those interested in keeping a detailed address book. The interface is quite intuitive, yet not very easy on the eyes. The response time is good, the computer’s performance is not going to be affected at all and we did not detect any errors or bugs.
