MSD Tasks is a visual task manager that will allow you to organize visually the tasks of several people at the same time.
The secretary will be able to organize her boss agenda, a professional will be able to manage his clients visits, or a staff member will be able to control the activities of his personnel.
A multi-user version is also available, which allows accessing MSD Tasks information in a local network. MSD Tasks is based on two basic concepts:
· Work teams: this program allows to manage the work of several persons individually or organized in work teams.
· Tasks: The activities developed by work teams are stored in records called Tasks, which can contain appointments, visits, manual works, and meetings.
It also provides the following tools: backup and restore, word processor and image viewer. The information is managed by a powerful relational database manager. Your data can be filtered and found very easily. Complete reports can be viewed or printed.
Security is guaranteed:
Data can be protected and encrypted by password.
Automatic management of work order numbers. Printing of work order reports.
Tasks can be filtered by work team, project, client, task duration, event or priority.
Furthermore, tasks can be filtered by the contents of any of their fields. All the records in the program can contain an unlimited history.
MSD Tasks does not install any file outside the installation directory and does not modify your system files, and includes an automatic uninstaller.

You will be able to find records containing some text in any field, or records modified during the last week using the following tools:
· Filter (Ctrl-T): this tool filters the records containing some text in any field or in the field of your choice.
· Find (Ctrl-F): this tool finds the first or the next record containing some text in any field or in the field of your choice.
· Locate (Ctrl-L): this tool allows to locate any number of records containing some text in the description field. As you enter characters in the edit box the program shows all the records matching the entered text.
· Unlimited different reports ? This program is able to print an almost unlimited number of different reports, because it prints the exact content of data grids, which can be configured in very different ways (fields visibility, data sorting, data grouping, data filtering).
· Work orders associated to tasks can also be printed.
· PDF support All program reports, memo fields and rich text documents can be saved to PDF files.
