You can also add notes to each of the meeting, so you could specify if any special preparation is required. It would have been nice if you could specify the number of people attending or the amenities that each room has.

It comes with a built-in calendar that displays the current month and allows you to jump to certain days. Meetings are displayed in different colors, but it would have been nice if you could highlight the most important ones.
