My Agenda is a lightweight application that helps users store their phone numbers, birthday data and other information in a clean working environment.

Since this a portable program, it is important to mention that it doesn’t leave any traces in the Windows Registry. You can copy it on any USB flash drive or other devices, and take it with you whenever you need to create a list with contacts on the fly.

The application gives users the possibility to add new information about a contact to the list by specifying the name, address, city, phone number, fax, email address, birth date, and notes.

All the inserted notes are displayed in the primary panel and you can view details about them with a simple double-click. You can make the program stay on top of other applications, give birthday notifications, and print the details from the agenda.

My Agenda allows users to perform searches throughout the entire database and view the birthday list for each month.

As it would be expected from such a small software utility, it remains light on the system resources, so it doesn’t affect the overall performance of the computer, nor interfere with other programs’ functionality.

All things considered, My Agenda is a simple software solution that allows you to add basic information for each contact. It cannot be considered a top product from its category, as it lacks many dedicated parameters for creating a nifty database. Since it bundles only a few configuration settings, even a rookie can master this application with minimum effort.
