While Windows provides an advanced calculator, other tools can offer the same services. Numbaz is a small program that was designed as a colored calculator that is sure to appeal to children.
The app has a simple interface and a clean layout, making it easy to figure out by all users.
The program looks like any other basic calculator and sports several buttons. Some are for the digits, while the rest are mathematical operators – plus (addition), minus (subtraction), times (multiplication) and obelus (division).
Each of the buttons is colored in a different hue, while the numbers on them are also in a contrast shade.
Since the tool was created mainly for children, it can also perform a few tricks. For instance, clicking on Bounce causes the interface to drop to the bottom of the screen and bounce a few times, as if it were made of rubber.
By default, the calculator is displayed on top of other frames, making it easy to spot, regardless of the other programs that are running on the screen. The app also comes with an additional feature that lets it speak the numbers that are displayed on the calculator screen.
All in all, Numbaz is a nice app that is very easy to handle. Beginners are sure to find the tool quite handy, thanks to the intuitive layout and its overall simplicity.
