Find your perfect diet and start losing weight
The interface of the program is based on a simple-to-use wizard where you can follow several steps. So, you can get started by filling out your name, password, country, age, gender and preferred measurement units for the weight, energy and distance.
In the following steps, you may input your height and weight, in order to find out your BMI, as well as enter your own calorific values or let Perfect Diet Tracker automatically calculate these amounts for you, based on your level of physical activity and the weight you want to lose.
The diet diary can be set to display calories, carbohydrates, proteins, fat, sodium, fibers, sugars and saturated fats. The final screen of Perfect Diet Tracker tells you the total number of calories you need to maintain your basal metabolic rate, and daily calorific allowance.
From the 'Settings' screen you can modify any of these aforementioned areas. Plus, you can look up food products online, set up daily meals and quantities, use a search function, create a favorites list, add exercises to the diary, and more.
The program requires a moderate amount of CPU and system memory, has a good response time and includes user documentation. No error dialogs have been displayed throughout our testing and Perfect Diet Tracker did not freeze or crash. First-time users may need a while to get accustomed to the app's features. Otherwise, Perfect Diet Tracker offers the complete package for weight loss.
