TimePanic FE

Designed as the free edition of TimePanic, TimePanic FE is a time-tracking application for personal projects, which comes bundled with a practical features for better managing your work. Its key feature is that it monitors you activity in real time, so you don't have to manually enter timestamps at the end of the day.

It's wrapped in a user-friendly interface that shows a calendar and samples with favorite activities (e.g. design, development, documentation, test, debugging). Entries with new activities can be put together by specifying a stat and end time, task title, work type, project, collaboration type, and number of persons involved.

The program distinguishes between billable and non-billable tasks. It's possible to start, pause and resume activities, make them as finalized, flag them as billed or reviewed, as well as edit structured and unstructured data.

The view mode can be switched from standard to overtime, errors or quality. Meanwhile, automatic time adjustment can be enabled for the previous or next activity.

The current session can be saved to file and resumed later, while detailed reports can be exported to file. Moreover, you can handpick the columns to display and optimize their width, update the database, view log details with any errors, ask the tool to autorun at system startup, modify the default working hours and time format, edit the activity flags, as well as run TimePanic FE in the notification area.

It didn't put a strain on the computer's performance in our tests, running on low CPU and RAM. It worked smoothly, without triggering the operating system to hang, crash or prompt error messages.
