VORG Express is the personal information manager designed for individual users that provides an integrated solution for organizing any type of informations, task, etc.
The Outlook-style user interface makes it a snap organize, find and access any type of entity.
Other features include advanced full text searching, grouping of entities in folders or virtual folders, automated notifications system, advanced rights system with multiple users, graphic representation for calendars and tasks, recurring appointments, predefined and user definable categories for appointments and tasks, document management and many more.
Here are some key features of "VORG Express":
· Find information easily. All entities support advanced full text searching. Specify the text to be searched and the advanced search-engine matches the possible combinations of attribute-value pairs. Additionally search results can be organized in virtual folders.
· Quick Navigation. Outlook style Navigation Pane to access Contacts, Calendars, Tasks, Notes, Documents quickly.
· Organize. Store your entities grouped in folders.
· Document management. Import files and folders into your database. With a single click you can import a whole folder structure, preserving the hierarchy of your files and folders.
· Alerts. When tasks are due or meetings are about to begin VORG will notify you.
· Vorgspaces. Visualy organize and relate your objects in diagrams.
· References. Like email attachments, any object in the VORG System can be added as Reference to any other object.
· Synchronize with Outlook 2003 and Import from Outlook Express. Synchronize your Outlook 2003 Contacts, Appointments, Tasks or Notes with the VORG System.
· Briefcases. Synchronize objects or folders of objects between VORG Systems. You can easily go offline using this feature.
· User Definable Reports. Build your own custom reports, and merge them with objects from the VORG System.
· Multiple Language Support. Now in 6 languages: English, German, Spanish, Italian, French and Romanian.
