If you are a novice or professional cook, or just like to bake and prepare various food for your loved ones, it's hard to keep track of each recipe. Writing them down is time-consuming and the cookbook is easily misplaced.

There are plenty of programs on the Internet that can help add and monitor different meals. Yiola is an accessible and intuitive application designed to easily compose and manage diverse recipes and share experience with other users through its community. It's wrapped in a well-organized and self-explanatory interface divided into ten tabs, namely, recipes, my items, management, new recipe, shopping list, calendar, upload, database, community and options.

When entering a new record, the tool provides a few general fields, like title, author, food courses (main, pastries, dessert, soup), input language, along with the ingredients and body areas. Plus, you can add several images to describe the cooking process or just the final result. The supported file formats are JPEG, JPG, BMP, ICO, EMF and WMF.

In the database tab, you have the option to check for new entries for each category and upload them to the current list. If there are too many files, the program might become unresponsive for a short period of time. All recipes can be viewed in the first tab, along with your records in the second one.

One or more item can be sent to the calendar, shopping list and the watch list, as well as printed. In order to upload a recipe, an account is needed, which can be created using the built-in website that is loaded in the "Community" section. From options, the app lets you change the interface language, font size and name.

Taking everything into account, Yiola is an user-friendly and straightforward utility that comes in handy for everyone who wants to compose, sort, print and share their favorite recipes with other food enthusiasts.
