AutoDoc HSE is a useful application that can route all of your printed (and non printed) pages automatically to Fax(es),Email(s) and Folder(s) by using coloured text in your documents.
This is a printer driver that scans printer output for color-coded text that contains fax numbers and/or e-mail addresses. It includes letterhead selection, e-mail subjects, bodies, fax cover page selection, and text, all from within the information contained in the printed page. It also offers automatic document archiving (PDF).
Here are some key features of "AutoDoc HSE":
· Automatic "Multi drop" printing
· Print to the AutoDoc printer and deliver the same document on multiple selected printers
· Automatic "Reduced printer output"
· When documents that are faxed or emailed are not needed on the printer then this option gives you the opportunity to only print out documents that were not faxed or emailed by AutoDoc
· Multi Language E-Mail messages
· E-Mails subject, body text and date descriptions can be defined for each of the 99 forms, for 15 different languages, so you can send your customers e-mail texts in their own language.
· Documents that are archived can also be automatically linked back to GoldMine customer records through matching fields in the document to different selectable fields in the customer record.
