Phone Deck 1.3
An intuitive application that helps users create an address book, export data to CSV, HTML, or plain text format, and perform search operations
It sports a clean and straightforward interface that gives you the possibility to add a new address to the list by providing information about the name, nickname, category, note, phone numbers, email address, URL, as well as personal and office address.
What’s more, the program lets you specify the birthday date and anniversary details for each contact, attach files (e.g. plain text file and HTML format, images), and add memos.
The contacts are alphabetically organized, so you can quickly view the information about the selected one. Plus, the program lets you group them in different categories (e.g. business, family, work).
Other important options worth mentioning are represented by the possibility to edit or delete the current address, save the address book to a file, enable the auto saving feature, perform search operations, and go to the first or previous address.
Last but not least, you can add a new category or customize the existing ones by specifying the name and changing the icon (ICO, BMP), copy the information to the Clipboard, import data from CSV or plain text format, as well as export the selected category to CSV, HTML, or plain text format.
All things considered, Phone Deck offers an intuitive layout and useful features for helping you add details about contacts with minimum effort. It can be mastered by beginners and professionals alike.
