Adminsoft Accounts is a software application that helps users keep an eye on their business by setting up company profiles, adding multiple users to the database, as well as giving details about customers, suppliers, stock items, ledgers, and human resources.

A new company profile can be created by specifying the code, name, address, telephone number, fax, URL, and country, and providing details about VAT registration number, e-mail address for the account and sales queries and enquires, as well as selecting the saving directories for data and backups.

It comprises a multitude of functions designed to set up customer and supplier details (e.g. contact diary, special prices, sales analysis code, sales invoices and credit notes, proforma invoices), and gather info about suppliers (e.g. stock movements, associated suppliers, purchase discount codes, discount on retail price).

Other important options worth mentioning enable users to create a general ledger (e.g. bank reconciliation, cash flow statement report, audit trail report, balance sheet report), and add information about the personnel resources, such as full employee details, diary entries, holidays and other absences.
