    ActivePresentation Designer description

Add an interactive Menu Bar to PowerPoint slides & use powerful presenter tools

ActivePresentation is the new way to present your most valuable assets; your ideas, services and products to prospects, partners, investors and customers. Using new interactive technology such as menu bars and content wizards, you will close the next sales or investor deal with a custom built ActivePresentation.

ActivePresentation Designer integrates seamlessly and directly in to PowerPoint 2003 as a new menu or PowerPoint 2007 (and later) as a new ribbon to make a range of active features easy to access and use.

Here are some key features of "ActivePresentation Designer":

    · An interactive Menu Bar to that is added to PowerPoint slides, allowing the presenter to navigate medium to large presentations intuitively

    · Export Wizard allows the presenter to export a secure subset of the total slides in the presentation, based on the slide confidentiality, in order to manage intellectual property distribution

    · Confidentiality System provides the presentation author with the ability to "tag" each slide with confidentiality levels low/medium/high. Slides tagged high, are not allowed to be exported by the Export Wizard. Medium slides give the presenter a choice and low slide are allways permitted to be exported.

    · Co-Branding Wizard provides the presentation author with a batch process to create multiple individual copies of the presentation, each "stamped" with a logo from a folder library on your PC. Useful for co-branding presentations with the logos of your channel partners.

    · Popups allows two shapes to be linked so that when the trigger shape is cliked during a slide show, the popup shape is shown/hidden. Useful for "layering" information on dense slides and showing only what is relevant to your audience.

    · Presenter Clock adds a clock to your slides that you can format in any way you wish, making it fill the whole slide or keeping it small to aid a presenter.

    · Direct Print adds a printer icon to your slides that when clicked on during a slide show, prints the current slide (useful for unmanned kiosk displays).

    · Serial Navigator - a drop down box is added to slides that contains a list of all the slides in the presentation so that you can jump from one slide to any other in just two clicks.

    Requirements:

    · Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003, 2007 or above
    · 900 MHz processor minimum, Recommended: 2.0 GHz
    · 50 MB of RAM minimum, Recommended: 2.0 GB
    · 50 MB of hard disk space for program installation

    Limitations:

    · 15-day trial
    · Watermark on presentation
    · The Menu Bar application is limited to the first 10 slides only.

    Installer:
    · Prevents installation on 64-bit versions of Microsoft Windows.
    · Installation files are cleaned more thoroughly on uninstall to prevent mixed versioning and potential PowerPoint crashes.

    Licensing:
    · The "Trial Expired" form is now bought in front of the PowerPoint 2010 splash screen to prevent the situation whereby it appears that PowerPoint has crashed when PowerPoint starts. This incorrectly perceived crash happened because the spash screen was sitting above the ActivePresenation modal window and as a result, the task manager showed PowerPoint task as "not responding" which in fact was untrue since the Trial Expired form was waiting for user input but couldn't be seen.

    Ribbon:
    · The "About and License" window is now correctly shown when the button is clicked for all supported versions of PowerPoint , even when the trial has expired (previously not working for PowerPoint 2007 and 2010). If there is an issue with the COM add-in (such as being disabled or the wrong ver...
