This is useful when you do not have the time to manually enter every contact, or you want to send the email to a large number of people.

The stored contacts are displayed as a list inside the application, along with information like name, address and phone number. In order to easily find a specific person, or to view those who meet certain conditions, you can make use of the filter function, which enables you to sort the information based on email address, zip cope or name.

Even though the main function of Easy Print Envelopes is to create and print envelopes, as the name implies, it can also function very well as an address book utility. It can even create detailed reports on your contacts or print the entire list on paper, along with all the related information about every entry.
