Report Runner Batch add-on to Crystal Reports will allow you to automatically run multiple reports without using the Crystal Reports Designer. This is done by creating a batch file and adding report jobs to it.
A report job consists of a report file name, destination information, and prompt field values. A batch file can be executed on demand from within Report Runner Batch or via the command line.
JNRRB works with ALL versions of Crystal Reports. It makes it possible to automatically run multiple reports on a regularly scheduled basis, all without user interaction. These reports can be printed, posted on a server, or emailed. They can be exported in formats that Crystal Reports supports such as Acrobat PDF.
