Kanecki Categorical Questionnaire Maker is a program that allows you to create questionnaires .

The Kq4b uses a categorical questionnaire process. The categorical questionnaire is made up of four concluding areas, and each question presents options for one of the four concluding areas.

The basis is this program covers one of the two questionnaire processes. The categorical process, with the other process being the point value process which is available in Kq20b, from our company, Kanecki Associates.

The advantage of using the application is that you do not need to know Java coding. All you need to do is to be able to enter the question(s) into the program along with the four concluding information, and have the program generate the Java source code.

The java source code is a plain text, human readable text, that is used by a java compiler to what the web program. This program has been tested to work with the Forte Java compiler available from Sun Microsystems, Inc. and the JBuilder Java compiler available from Borland Software Corporation. Once the Java source code is generated, you can use either these two java compilers or another java compiler to make the web program. Then, the web program can be uploaded to your website for use.

The main point of using this application is that when a change is needed, it is a matter of changing the questionnaire data or concluding data, and having the program rewrite the java source code. The advantage of this is that the source code is re-written error-free each time, which saves time, money, and people.
