Number Press

Number Press is a professional software program whose purpose is to help you embed numbers in your documents using automatic actions. It works with various types of forms, raffles, NCR, slips, checks, coupons, book receipts, inventory tags, and labels.

You may place up to 128 numbers anywhere in the document with individual text sizes and rotations, and preview your numbered files.

You are welcomed by a clean feature lineup that allows you to position data in the current document, move the numbers to the desired position in the page, and import variable information from CSV file format.

The layout cannot be described as highly intuitive so rookies may need extra time in order to decode the program’s features.

You can add the following files: PDF, TIFF, BMP, JPEG, GIF or QuickTime file format. When it comes to exporting options, you may save the edited files to PDF file format.

A built-in wizard helps you apply the necessary number adjustments to your documents. You are allowed to pick the scale that you want to use (inches or centimeters) and specify the number of slips, forms or raffles per page and number of repetitions.

You can increment and repeat numbers, provide details about the first position, and opt for standard collating (the numbers are printed down through the stack for easy cutting) or non-standard (receipt book style collating).

At the end of the wizard, the application automatically inputs the numbers in the current document. You can view information about the position data, namely start and end, text size, angle, and inches from left and top. You can manually alter the position information right in the main window.

The tool lets you specify the location where you want the numbers to appear by simply clicking on the desired area, rotate numbers to different angles, and import CSV data from any spreadsheet tool. There’s support for an automatic mode that checks all numbers and suggests the logical number settings in case of errors.

You can alter the text in terms of font, size and color, include prefix and suffix, enable the preview mode where you can view how the numbers look like on your document, as well as set up the page by selecting the size and orientation.

When it comes to configuring PDF files, you may specify the filename and location upon exporting, automatically save the exported PDFs to a custom location, and time stamp each auto-exported PDF.
