PiedSearch offers a fast, convenient way for programmers, website developers, sysadmins and other people to search for words or strings scattered throughout a complex directory structure.

Each find of the word is listed under the file it is in and is precedeed by the line number.

The finds can be individually selected, or all together, and the replaced with a new value. The user can select a text editor which can be used to open files at the line where a find occurs.
