Printing Outlook Items (emails, events, contacts) on custom-made Word-Templates.

Outlook-Addin for printing all kind of items (emails, events, appointments, contacts, lists, tasks, notes or journal) on custom-made Word-Templates.

The print result is one or more Word documents, formatted as you wished. Replacement for printing memo, report, list, calendar and label style. Add your company header on print-outs.

In addition you may want to print or autosave your attachments at the same time. In addition, this software supports multiselection of items.

Here are some key features of "Print4OL":

· The Word Templates (*.dot) can be modified to suit your needs.
· Add your own templates by copying the provided templates.
· All kind of properties (fields) are supported, also userdefined.
· A special template with all possible fields and description is included.
· Translation in any language possible.
· Select items first in explorer window, or Find them later by a date range.
· Change the sorting order by clicking on the column headers.
· Recurrence type and rule of appointments and task can be printed as text.
· Attachments can be saved, printed and linked with the word document.
· Easy to use
· Ideally for iCal4OL, to suppress userdefined synchronization fields.
