QuickTextPaste

Copying and pasting text from one place to another is probably the most frequent action you do during a work day, along with running software programs and commands. Aiming to make your life easier and save time, QuickTextPaste provides a way for you to assign hotkeys to such actions.

There is a list of predefined actions in QuickTextPaste, as well as keyboard shortcuts for pasting predefined text messages and carrying out certain tasks much easier.

Aside from the actions that are already displayed within the main window, it allows you to add new, custom ones. In other words, you can create new preset texts and assign them a key combination that includes any of the ALT, CTRL, WIN or mouse buttons. The user-friendly and intuitive interface makes the entire process much easier.

All the tasks are neatly organized in different folders, one for each key combination. Copying, replacing, deleting and editing entries is easily done. You can export any text to the clipboard from the context menu.

QuickTextPaste is available as an installer-based package, but also a portable tool, allowing you to easily migrate your shortcuts and configurations to another PC.

In fact, you can use QuickTextPaste on the go, from a removable USB flash drive and thus paste frequently used pieces of text on any PC, anywhere.
