A handy application which helps you manage a printing business and keep track of clients, orders, deliveries, production costs and printers' settings
The program helps you arrange a database with important details, such as a client's name, order, job progress, delivery addresses, payment methods and dates and type of products.
The in-built calculator shows you the production prices for up to 6 orders per client, including taxes and shipping costs.
Each order is saved as a Quote, and it can be accessed and edited at any time. You can calculate prices according to the hours of pre-press labor required, including time spent at the computer and proof reading.
The application can prepare a graphic report with details about a job or about a Quote, containing specific details or tables. You can also export job information to CSV for spreadsheets or databases.
You can select which printer to use, paper quality, color setting and finishing details. The program's settings are suitable for digital printers only.
