Seven Day Services for 250 Students lets you to simply define the classes or activities that each instructor teaches during each class period and then use the drop-down menus to assign each student to a class or activity each period. This is a lot easier and error-proof than doing it by hand.

This spreadsheet comes in three sizes; two are 5 day schedulers for 250 or 600 students, 5 daily class periods and 15 instructors and the other is a 7 day scheduler for 250 students, 10 daily class periods and 15 instructors. The Service Selector allows you to assign one or more of 20 services to up to 250 or 600 people.
