Automatically save information in Tagkeys from any Document, Webpage, or Email with a single mouse click! Simply highlight the text you want and right-click on Tagkeys' tab. Tagkeys automatically inserts it into the database. Give your captured data a name and press . And this is all you need to do.

Here are some key features of "Tagkeys":

· Auto-Hide
Tagkeys automatically "parks" itself against the right edge of your monitor with only the TAB exposed (the tab displays the current active Tagset). You can easily move the tab by simply clicking on it and sliding it up or down. Tagkeys' tab is automatically minimized when parked so as not to cause interference with other Window's scroll bars.

You can actually scroll right through Tagkeys tab without any adverse affect. A simple click on the Tab exposes the Tagkey main screen. Double click on an entry and Tagkeys will insert your selection into your document and automatically return to the parked position.

· Smart Search
Finding an entry in a large Tagset is easy. Click on the list and start typing the name you are searching for. As you type, Tagkeys will automatically highlight the first entry that matchs your input.

When the entry you are searching for is highlighted, simply press the key and Tagkeys will insert the data into your document.

· Auto-Preview
Tagkeys includes a preview function that will dynamically display your Tagkey data as you scroll up and down the list. Simply click the "Prev" button on the bottom of the screen to display the Preview window.

You can close the preview window at any time by clicking the "X" on the preview window or clicking the "Prev" button again. Tagkeys will automatically close the preview window when parking.

· Drag & Drop
Moving information from one Tagset to another is a breeze with Tagkeys. Simply Drag the Tagkey name up to the Tagset drop-down box. The drop-down box will open up and allow you to select a new Tagset. Click on the new Tagset and Tagkeys will automatically move your data.

· Data Encryption
Tagkeys keeps your data safe! The database created and maintained by Tagkeys is encrypted. The automatic backups that Tagkeys creates are encrypted and compressed. And of course, all exported Tagsets are encrypted as well!


NOTE: The freeware version cannot create backups of your tagkeys.
