AutoText is an easy-to-use, but very useful tool that will automatically type commonly used phrases instead of you.

Assign a keyword to a frequently used phrase and Auto Text will insert this common sentence each time you type the keyword in any application.

AutoText will type the commonly used phrases or paragraphs for you each time you type the corresponding keyword.

AutoText will store your common text fragments (email signatures, frequently used sentences, common phrases) organized in folders and quickly insert them into your documents. It is an autocomplete/autocorrect feature added to any program.

For example, type "ffr" and AutoText will replace this keyword with a phrase "Feel free to contact me if you have any other questions or comments".
