ValidateMate description
Features the ability to specify any number of words or phrases to validate for, at the same time.
ValidateMate extracts text from optical documents (such as a PDF, TIFF, MDI, JPG, or PNG files), word-processed documents (e.g. DOC or TXT files), or spreadsheets, validates which files contain, or do not contain specified words/phrases, and stores the results in a database.
When you view the results in a grid, and you double-click a (grid) row is, the file will opened having all the specified words/phrases highlighted.
Here are some key features of "ValidateMate":
· Processing of MDI, TIFF, PDF, PS, BMP, JPG, PNG, or BMP files, word-processed (e.g. doc, txt) files,
and spreadsheets.
· The ability to specify any number of words or phrases to validate for, at the same time; Windows Explorer processes only one word or phrase at a time.
· The ability to specify whether one word/phrase OR another word/phrase, or one word/phrase AND other words/phrases are validated for.
· Processing of specified page, or pages in optical files.
· Recording of validated file names, invalidated file names, and skipped files.
· Processing of folders and sub-folders.
· Processing of files based on wild-cards, such as "*.PDF" or "f*.tif"
· Table views that allow for filtering and sorting of validated, invalidated, or skipped files' data.
· Reports for validated, invalidated, or skipped files, file creation dates, and the date of processing.

Limitations:
· Only the (NOT case-sensitive) words or phrases 'Source', 'human resources', 'Council', 'public', 'Judgement', 'Ratification', 'Government', 'legal' and/or 'legal grounds' (any number of these words or phrases) will be validated for
