Win1251-Rus Text to Unicode Rus-Text Converter 1.0

Some computers don't have the Russian language installed, so they cannot display Russian characters correctly. As its name suggests, Win1251-Rus Text to Unicode Rus-Text Converter is a lightweight tool that you can use to convert wrong displayed Russian text to normal text.

In order to use it, just paste the Russian text in the main window of the application. The characters will be automatically transformed to Unicode format.
