Microsoft Excel Add-In that simplifies the process of moving data from Excel to PowerPoint

XPPort is an add-in that will stand for "Excel to PowerPoint Port".

XPPort views as a small toolbar in Excel with a few options, a help button and a "Launch" button.

When you finish a spreadsheet, select the Excel menu command [View] [Page Break Preview] and divide the sheet for printing individual pages (something you already do).

Then when you click XPPort's "Launch" button, it reads these same "page breaks" and ports each page to a separate slide in PowerPoint. There is an option to port just the active sheet or all sheets in the open work book. And there is an option to port to a new PowerPoint file or an existing open file.

Working in Excel over PowerPoint has many clear advantages. Simple math, statistics and charting are all much easier to accomplish in Excel. PowerPoint can't total a column of numbers, yet many of us live and die by our PowerPoint presentations. Now with XPPort you can have the best of both!

· Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) '97, 2000, 2002, 2003 or 2007
