proTeXt is a software that was designed in order to provide users with extensive transcript condensing capabilities. One of its main features, the ASCII printing, will allow one to save on paper usage, as the app will fit four pages per sheet, resulting in a significant decrease in paper waste.

By using the Windows proprietary TrueType font technology, proTeXt helps users have the content ready for printing, by emphasizing on one of the most readable font outputs out there.

Thanks to a well-structured documentation, the software ensures that all aspects are covered, offering detailed, step-by-step processes for each operation individually.

Some of the features that the app possesses will enable users to edit the header and/or footer and to alter the fonts to their preferences. The ASCII file can be previewed using a dedicated feature, this way offering one the change to see if everything is alright, prior to the actual printing process.

Last but not least, the number of tile pages and certificate pages can be inputted in the app, by indicating the number of administrative pages. By specifying that information, users can basically enable the app to perform an automated segmentation of the content, compartmentalizing it into dedicated sections for titles, testimonies, and certificates.
