What's New in This Release:
· Dramatic Enhancement in Conversion Speed
· Converting a PDF file to the Word format is now approximately 50%-70% faster then before.
· Font Matching, Substitution and Auto-Sizing
· A new font matching, substitution and scaling mechanism has been introduced. The fonts in the PDF document are matched against fonts present in your system and if a match cannot be found, the font can be substituted with a default font and its size scaled to closely match the layout characteristics of the original PDF document.
· Mathematical Formula Processing
· A mathematical formula identification mechanism has been introduced. This allows PDF2Office to identify and group data that may be interpreted as mathematical formulas.
· Hyphenation Controls
· Advanced hyphenation controls have been introduced that enable precise control over hyphens that appear at the end of a line when a word is hyphenated.
· Conversion Options Dialog
· When opening a PDF file from the desktop, the Conversion Options dialog box now appears allowing you to set conversion options before converting the file.
· Image Resolution DPI settings
· When converting documents to Microsoft Word format the resolution of the images can now be specified.
· Enhanced Retain Layout/Process Forms mode
· The Retain Layout/Process Form conversion has been dramatically enhanced to offer even more exact layout retention. Additionally, all images, graphics and text are now ungrouped allowing speedier and easier editing.
· PDF Reconstruction v3.0
· PDF2Office Personal now includes the latest PDF Reconstruction v3.0 engine offering significant enhancements when converting PDF documents to the Word format; including enhanced table recognition and processing, graphics processing, complex layout and PDF data recognition.
· Preference Settings
· You can now customize PDF2Office Personal through the new Preferences panel in the Options dialog.
· QuickTime Dependency Removed
· PDF2Office Personal now does not require QuickTime to operate.... [
