PDF Split-Merge

As the title of this software suggests, PDF Split-Merge allows you to cut and join documents with the PDF format. It can be easily used by individuals of any level of experience.

The interface of PDF Split-Merge is based on a standard window in which you can import documents for processing via the file browser only, since the "drag and drop" method is not supported. Batch conversion is possible.

When it comes to file splitting, you can do this by bookmarks, by every given number of pages, into single pages or by specifying the page range. After you specify the output destination and filename, you can proceed with the conversion task.

The merging process is similar (plus, you can move items up and down in the list). PDF Split-Merge also allows you to delete particular pages, as well as cross-merge PDF files. In the "Options" area, you can enable the tool to retain bookmarks and AcroForms.

The simple-to-use application requires a very low amount of system resources, has a good response time, quickly finishes a task and manages to keep the original layout of the text, shapes and images. We haven't come across any issues during our tests.

Unfortunately, there is no help file available and the interface doesn't offer any kind of visual impact. Nevertheless, we strongly recommend PDF Split-Merge to all users.
