Smart PDF Creator Pro

Smart PDF Creator Pro is an application which you can use to convert files of various formats (including DOC, GIF, XLS and JPG) to PDF documents, and viceversa. It can be easily used by beginners.

The interface of the program is clean and intuitive. Files can be imported into the list via the file browser or "drag and drop" method. Batch processing is allowed.

In the queue you can check out the name of each file. All you have to do is establish the output destination and format, in order to proceed with the conversion process.

You can edit metadata (title, author, subject, keywords) and select the encryption level, as well as choose the page layout and mode, document and image compression, JPEG quality and PDF version.

On top of that, you can merge and split PDF documents, extract, insert and remove pages, as well as sign PDFs, set permissions, insert watermarks, stamps and attachments, create bookmarks, and more.

The PDF processing tool takes up a moderate amount of system resources, has a good response time, quickly finishes a task and manages to keep a good quality regarding shapes, images and the text layout. However, the program failed several conversion tasks during our tests. Plus, there is no help file available. Other than that, we strongly recommend Smart PDF Creator Pro to all users.
