Solid Converter is a solid program, as the name might suggest. It does have its own issues, more on the originality side, but as far as functionality is concerned, you'll get an efficient tool as advertised. Do keep in mind that it's a sort of 2 in 1 deal, allowing you to change PDF files into editable documents and vice-versa too.
