SumatraPDF is a useful tool that lets you view documents in the PDF, CHM, DjVu and XPS formats, as well as comic books.
The user interface of the program consists of a plain window in which navigating is done seamlessly. You can import a document by using the file browser (the "drag and drop" method is not supported).
