XolidoSign presents users with an uncluttered interface that provides quick-access features that enable them to input the preferred files quickly and fortunately, it does support drag-and-dropping. Once the files that need to be signed have been inputted, people need to provide a certificate to be used for the process.

An output location can be easily set and all the processed files will have a suffix appended to them, naming the operation. For applying timestamps, one needs to select a favorite time stamp server and in doing so, the utility will embed the files with proof of their existence at a given time.

Users will be able to select the files which need to be checked for their validity and after running the check-up process, the utility will provide detailed information about each file. One will be able to visualize information about the signing certificate, authority, trust, revocation, integrity and even match.

Looking on its shortcomings, the application doesn’t have many and one single issue is worth mentioning: the advanced configuration options aren’t accessible directly. Experienced users who wish to alter the settings for the certificates, electronic signatures or PDF options, will have to click on the hyperlinks provided in the “Apply native signatures” section of the interface in order to access them.
