ASMAN NoteBook

ASMAN NoteBook is a small software application whose purpose is to help you take notes or write down ideas and articles in a personal diary. The virtual notebook can be password-protected so other users cannot gain access to your private content.

You are welcomed by an intuitive interface that embeds only a few navigation options. Special room is reserved to the editing environment where you can take notes. There’s support for a help manual that includes short descriptions about the program’s capabilities.

You are given the possibility to structure the content of your diary by creating multiple pages. You can assign a custom title to the current page and enter the information directly in the main window or paste it from the clipboard.

Other important features worth being mentioned enable you to perform basic clipboard tasks (cut, copy, paste), delete words, go to the next or previous page, as well as modify the text in terms of font, font style, size, and color.

ASMAN NoteBook lets you change the background color of the editing workspace, remove pages, check out a table of contents with all the pages included in the database, perform searches throughout the entire database, lock the notebook, and print the information.

Last but not least, you are allowed to change the password used for locking the diary, save the current font and colors as the default settings, perform searches in title and content (this method is slow), and automatically activate the locking mode when the computer is detected as being idle for a certain time period.

ASMAN NoteBook is useful in case you want to quickly write personal thoughts in a simple-to-use notebook that doesn’t overwhelm you with tons of configuration settings. It is suitable especially for less experienced users.
