MdCharm is a software application designed to help you modify multiple markdown documents at once. It offers support for previewing content in HTML format and exporting data to other file types, among others.

The installation procedure is a fast and easy job that does not require special attention. As far as the interface is concerned, MdCharm adopts a large window with a clear-cut structure, where you can open as many markdown files as you want.

It is possible to check the spelling by resorting to an automatic function, copy text as HTML, undo and redo actions, use a search tool, show only the editor or live preview panel, as well as hide bars. The software utility also lets you insert links and pictures.

When it comes to program preferences, you can hide the splash screen and disable the automatic checkup for software updates at statup, change the markdown engine, create new file associations aside from .markdown, .md and .mkd, customize keyboard shortcuts, font type, color, tab size, automatic indentation, display and text wrapping mode, as well as use the default CSS stylesheet.

We have not encountered any unpleasant surprises in our testing, as MdCharm did not hang, crash or display error dialogs. It executes commands quickly and does not hamper system performance, thanks to the fact that it uses low CPU and RAM.
