A text editor that provides you with the entire functionality of the Notepad.
The current version of SSPad supports MS Word, Excel and Power Point files as well as HTML, Rich Text, PDF, MS Help, Unicode or plain text files, and even more.
The SSPad Text Editor automatically recognizes the language a given text is in: supported are almost all European languages. Apart from it, the Editor displays multiple sorts of summaries including document style, precis and even finds anomalies!
The editor has a powerful built-in full-text search function thah allows users to easily find paragraphs, in which his search phrase might be modified or even misspelled!
The SSPad File Classifier performs comparison of the file you specify, with other files, and selects those, whose contents and subject are as close to the specified text as possible.
The File Classifier utility considerably saves your time and increases your productivity. In order to find files of your interest you do not now have to think about words you should enter into the Microsoft "Search" or "Find File" service: just select the entire file for the subject of your search, and File Classifier will quickly bring similar documents in front of your eyes! Along with file selection, you may instruct the Classifier to search for files, whose contents are similar to those of Clipboard or text you specify.
The functionality of both utilities included in the SSPad bundle, is based on Kryloff's proprietary Subject Search technologies. Similar technologies are used in a number of other products of Kryloff, which are known under the name of Subject Search Suite.
With so powerful set of assistants, you no longer have to spend hours finding that obscure Web page or file you really need or trying to figure out if a document you are looking at is worth reading. Here are some key features of "SSPad":
· Not only does it open text documents, but also MS Office files (such as, MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint files), Rich Text files, PDF files, HTML, Help, and some others. Select the application menu items TOOLS, then FILTERS to see the full list of supported formats.
· SSPad performs automatic language recognition and displays multiple sorts of summaries including document style, precis and even finds anomalies! Select the application menu items TOOLS, then DETECT LANGUAGE, to use this feature. To create document summaries, select the application menu items TOOLS, DISPLAY, then select a particular type of summary you want to obtain.
· The product has a powerful built-in full-text search functionality allowing you to easily find paragraphs in which your search phrase might be altered or even misspelled! Select the application menu items EDIT, then FIND, after which enter a phrase. For example, you may enter "THE SSPAD FUNCTIONALITY" in the FIND field right now, after which press , (or, ) several times. As you do it, the most relevant matches are highlighted: best matches, first.
· Forget about thinking what you should type to find all forms of a particular word such as "SIMILARITIES" - just enter "similar", and SSPad will highlight all forms of this word; you may also search for entire phrases. This feature is supported in a large number of languages; even if you forget to select the correct language, or not sure about it, SSPad can do it for and instead of you!
· SSPad may also communicate with the second utility, SSPAD FILE CLASSIFIER to search for files, which contents and subject are close to the text being edited.
