It turns out to be the eye of a saint and they soon discover to their amazement and horror that they can see unearthly things including the truth behind the priory's bloody past, by simply looking through the old glass.
An accident in a shopping mall leaves Dash in a coma, but Joe discovers that she is balancing on the edge of death by the curse of Hawk Stone and only he has the power to save her. Where good versus evil, Joe battles to save Dash with the help of a 400 year old monk and The Shard, fighting ancient evil monks and an army made of stone, their mysterious supernatural powers look set to destroy Joe and send Dash to the dark depths of Hell.
