A simple and lean, yet powerful ebook reader for Windows and Pocket PCs
µBook is a lean and simple, yet powerful ebook reader for Windows and Pocket PCs that can read TXT, RTF, HTML, PDB and PRC (not secure) ebook files.
It can read directly from inside ZIP files, and supports BMP, GIF, PNG and JPG images. It offers many customization options including: Portrait and Landscape display, choice of font type, color and size, etc... It also has a resizable/skinnable User Interface. µBook is improving on a regular basis and best of all it's free!
Here are some key features of "�Book":
· Renders .TXT, .RTF, .HTML, .PML, .PDB and .PRC (Non-Secure), files book-like.
· Displays PRC, RTF and HTML images, .JPG, .GIF, .PNG, .WMF (in RTF) or .BMP.
· Opens text inside .ZIP, .CHM and .RB files, uncompressing paragraphs on the fly, limiting the amount of memory required (except CHM).
· Compatible Windows, Handheld PC, Palm-Sized PC (Ce 2.11) and Pocket PC versions
· Implements a simple hyphenator
· Accepts Drag and Drop file.
· i-Book functionality : Automatically split images into smaller cell for sequential reading.
· Nice Document-Like Browser to find and select book or image to view.
· Saves Pagination files to disk for quick reloading.

· Shows an image with same file name as a Cover image.
· Lets you associates Images and Text with Files.
· Allows to Zoom and Pan images.

Different Cursor Modes:
· Divide Mode. Clicking on the left/right part of the screen will move you back/forwad one page.
· Lock Mode. Mouse/Stylus interactions are disabled.
· Text Mode. Use Arrow Keys to move between characters on the page.
· Link Mode. Use Arrow Keys to move between links on the page.
· Skin Mode. Use Arrow Keys to move through all the skin buttons, like menus and page movers.
· Image Mode. Use Arrow Keys to move cursor on an image, usually to create annotations or to zoom.
· Automatic Table of Contents generation from text, with criterias customization and manual adjustments.
· Automatic Table of Illustrations generation.
· Reading window can be ANY size.
· Auto-Scrolling for hands-free use.

· Added guess of a good title: If the text filename is small, will check for a parent compressed file that has a longer name and use it also.
· Changed touch to show gesture while dragging
· Added gesture to turn touch interface silent (up-right-down)
· Changed divided page cursor mode (for next and previous page by touching the screen). Now the edges will send to the next page, the center will send back. When touch control is active, the division rectangle will show in the middle of the screen.
· Fixed missing Double click bug introduced with touch interface
· Fixed crash when clicking during pagination
· Fixed issue with cover/copyright/nag that could not be closed without a mouse/stylus before delay
· Put iBook tutorial on-line again, on Getting Started page
· New Icons/Graphics
