eREAD

eREAD is a lightweight Windows utility designed to help you read eBooks in a clean and straightforward environment.

The GUI is intuitive and gives users the possibility to read online eBooks which are organized in different categories (e.g. business, lifestyle, manga), opt for a single or double page display, vertical or horizontal style, and zoom in or out of the selected page.

What’s more, you can switch to a full screen mode for a better control over the entire process and add bookmark or comments while reading, use the auto page-flipping feature, select specific pages, and rotate the selected pages.

The program is able to read the contents of STK or STKX files, and enables users to delete the selected items, perform searches, download multiple books at the same time for offline reading, and read the content of books from the specified websites automatically.

eREAD allows users to design eBooks from plain text files and images, which can be added to the list by using the built-in browse function. When it comes to customizing the book layout, you can change the font size of the text, specify the line and character space, pick the JPG cover and back images, as well as add details about the author and book name, and select the JPG files for the back left and right display.

You can make the program run at Windows start up, play sound notifications at the end of the downloading session, and configure proxy settings.
