The utility also includes a calendar that enables you to calculate the yearly income based on the monthly rental fee you charge. Without denying this feature is useful, it would be nice if it allowed to account for the local taxes or enabled you to apply discounts.

Even though it is simple to use, Asman Hiring Management lacks too many options that you would need to create and effectively manage a rental database.
